We design therapies that target ClpP, a protease found within the cell's mitochondria, and switch it into overdrive. This triggers activation lethality — destroying cancer cells from within while sparing healthy tissue. We're focused on cancers with the greatest unmet need, offering a new path forward for patients who have run out of options.
